solar power to every flat - up to 100 units per month

Using the sunlight that falls on the building’s roof, the Solar PV system will provide up to 100 units per month to each apartment which will help reduce the home owner’s electricity bill as well as their carbon footprint.

The common equipment such as Lift, Water Pump, Common Lights, Heat Pump etc. will be run on Solar Power as well, which will help reduce the monthly electricity bill of the building.

The Solar Panels also provide shade to the roof of the building, which will reduce the heat gain and transfer from the roof to the apartments below, especially during summer, hence passively cooling your home.

hot water 24x7 - in all seasons

By understanding and applying the physics of efficient technologies, we were able to merge sustainability and luxury.

All washrooms will receive 24x7 Hot Water regardless of weather, hence we have removed the “Geyser” point and connection in every washroom. Just turn the faucet to get hot water, anytime.

Do not worry, the heating of hot water is powered by the Solar PV System. Your hot water is Solar Powered as well.

charging point for electric vehicles in every parking bay

Efficiency is the name of the game, if we are to win the battle against climate change. Electric vehicles are ridiculously efficient as compared to your Petrol, Diesel and CNG vehicles.

To further reduce the carbon footprint, every parking bay is equipped with a charging point to enable the apartment owner to own an Electric Vehicle. We are future ready.

Fun fact: Electric vehicles are very silent during operation, because over 95% of the energy is being used to move the vehicle, unlike the regular Petrol, Diesel and CNG vehicles, whose engines make a lot of noise, become really hot and also vibrate tremendously, which are ALL losses of energy. The efficiency of these engines are anywhere between 20%-35% only. What a waste of energy, money while also releasing lots of carbon.
